200g (7.05oz) – Chinese Radish (Daikon), Grated & Soaked In Water
Seasoning To Taste
Rocket (Arugula) To Serve

1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) – Cooking Sake
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) – Mirin
2 1/2 Tbsp (50ml) – Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) – Rice Vinegar
Juice Of Half An Orange
1 – Garlic Clove, Crushed

Eye Fillet Steak Cooking Times & Temperatures –

Rare – (Recommended)
Time – 1 1/2 Minutes Per Side
Temp – 50.c – 122.f

Medium Rare –
Time – 2 1/4 Minutes Per Side
Temp – 55.c – 131.f

Medium – (Not Recommended)
Time – 3 1/2 Minutes Per Side
Temp – 60.c – 140.f

Medium Well – (Not Recommended)
Time – 4 1/2 Minutes Per Side
Temp – 65.c – 149.f

Well Done – (Not Recommended)
Time – 6 Minutes Per Side
Temp – 70.c – 158.f

These cooking times are based on an average size and thickness. Each steak may weigh the same but its thickness can vary. Please keep a close eye on your meat and check regularly. For more accurate results, use a thermometer.
