INGREDIENTS
-3 Large leek (520g) Use organic if you can find, then it would be smaller in size
-2 medium size Potato (350g), this was with the skin on
-4 cups (950ml) Chicken broth, you can use vegetable broth instead
-1 cup (236ml) Heavy whipping cream (Double cream)
-Salt per taste
-Pepper
