Lemon Cupcakes- Easy & delicious lemon cupcakes with buttercream frosting
This recipe will make 12 real easy and delicious large cupcakes with a twist of lemon freshness, topped with beautiful vanilla buttercream frosting..

Ingredients
Cup cakes:
150g Soften butter, using salted (room temperature)
150g All purpose flour
150g Caster sugar
2 Large eggs
One medium size lemon for zest
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of whole milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
Another lemon for decorations (as preferred)

For buttercream frosting:
220g Confectioners/powdered sugar
55g of soften butter (room temperature)
1 tbsp of heavy cream (you can use regular milk instead)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

12 Cup cupcake/muffin pan
Cup cake liners
1M Wilton nozzle to pipe ( you can use any nozzle as available or else pipe without a nozzle as well)

Bake for 330 degree Fahrenheit (165C)for 20 minutes or when toothpick inserted comes out clean..

**Adding Salt and Baking soda together will break the reaction of those ingredient..so add it in to two different spots and mix with flour to keep the strength of these ingredietns
