How to make a No Knead, No Egg and No Butter Coconut Cream Buns. So rich and creamy, soft and fluffy that melts in your mouth. This bread is so easy to make.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup coconut cream (250ml)
2 tbsps sugar (30g)
2 tsps instant yeast (6g)
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour (315g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 and ½ tablespoons of coconut oil
More coconut cream brushing

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 20-22 minutes.
