INGREDIENTS:
-700g Chicken thighs with bone in & skin on
-1 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
-1 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
-1/2 tsp Oregano
-1/2 tsp Salt
-1/4 tsp Black pepper
SAUCE:
-3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce, Kecap Manis
-3 tbsp Sesame Oil
-1 1/2 tbsp Dried chili flakes
BAKE:
-Pre heat oven to 450F/232C for about 20 minutes & bake chicken for about 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165F/74C
🔴Bake Chicken in high temperature to get crispy on outside and juicy on inside..
