INGREDIENTS
4 cups (520 g) all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp (7 g) dry active yeast
1 Tbsp (14 g) sugar
2 tsp (10 g) salt
1 Tbsp (15 ml) cooking oil
1 1/4 cup (295 ml) warm water
**extra cooking oil for greasing the bowl
and brushing the exterior of the dough
Preheat oven @450 ºF / 232 ºC and bake for 10 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 400 ºF / 204 ºC and continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes
