Ingredients –

2 1/2 tsp (15ml) – Vegetable Oil, Duck or Goose Fat or Beef Tallow (Per Mould)
1 Cup (250ml) – Full Fat Milk
2 Tbsp (40ml) – Cold Water
220g (7.76oz) – Plain (All Purpose) Flour
6 – Whole Eggs
Salt To Taste

Recipe Notes –

To store, place the Yorkshire puddings/popovers into ziplock bags or airtight containers and store them in the freezer for up to 4 months. Upon reheating, preheat your oven to 200.c – 390.f. You don’t need to worry about defrosting, simply place them in the oven and heat them for 10-12 minutes or until hot and crispy.

The full-fat milk can be substituted for low-fat milk. If you choose to use low-fat milk, you don’t need to add water.
