Ingredients –
Garlic (You Choose How Many)
1 tsp (5ml) – Olive Oil (Per Garlic Bulb)
Seasoning To Taste
Notes –
Roasted Garlic can be used in all of your favourite dishes. Due to its smooth flavour, it won’t overpower anything even if you were to add a whole bulb.
For storage, place the garlic wrapped in aluminium foil or stored in an airtight container into the fridge for up to 4 days for maximum flavour. It can also be placed into the freezer in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
To prolong the life of the garlic, place it into a jar or container and fill it with enough olive oil to cover the garlic. Not only will this prolong the life, but it will also create an amazing garlic-infused olive oil that can be used for cooking, dressings or a dip for bread and dukkah.
