Soft & fluffy Dinner Roll / Bread roll (Eggless & Without Oven) by Tiffin Box | Fried bun, Donuts
Hello everyone,
Today’s recipe is a homemade Soft & fluffy Dinner Roll / Bread roll. Today I’m showing the fried/without oven version. But you can bake them in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180° C until golden in color.
Ingredients:
Lukewarm water – 6 tablespoons
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Yeast – 3/4 teaspoon
All-purpose Flour – 1 cup
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – 1/2 tablespoon
Oil for deep frying.
