Today’s recipe is ….super soft apple crumb cake loaded with cinnamon apples and little crispy crumb topping. A homemade version of classic apple crumb cake or apple pie. ….hope your kids will like this moist, deliciously spiced apple cake.
To make the cake we need to:
Any kind of apples – 2 – 6 large apples or 8-6 small apples
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chilled butter || 125 grams
1/2 cup sugar || 100 grams
1 medium Egg
1/2 tablespoon || 8 grams baking powder
