Ingredients –
Ham –

1 – 4.5kg (9.9lbs) – Smoked Ham (Bone-In) This recipe works for any sized ham
1/2 Cup (125ml) – Water

Tennessee Whisky Glazed Sauce –

1 – Whole Garlic Bulb, Roasted
1 1/2 Cups (375ml) – Water
1 3/4 Cups (430ml) – Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup (125ml) – Teriyaki Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) – Soy Sauce
110g (3.8oz) – Brown Sugar
1 – Brown (Yellow) Onion, Diced
50g (1.7oz) – Canned Pineapple Pieces, Diced
1 – Lemon, Juiced
1/4 tsp (0.2oz) – Cayenne Pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp (Tennesse Whisky) JD

Notes –
Storage –

This ham can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks wrapped up tightly or stored in an airtight container. It will also last 2 months in the freezer stored in an airtight container. The reason for such a short time is due to it drying out once frozen.

Reheating & Serving –

Ham is best served cold but to reheat it, it can be placed into a preheated oven set at 170.c – 340.f for 7-8 minutes. It can also be placed into the microwave.
