1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter (113g)
1/3 cup of Brown Sugar (70g)
1/4 cup granulated sugar (Also known as caster sugar) (55g)
1 Egg
1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (160g OR 5.65oz)
1 Tbsp Cornstarch (Also known as Corn Flour)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt
1/3 Cup of Chocolate Chips (60g)
1/3 Cup Chopped Chocolate (I used dark chocolate) (60g)
(The recipe yields 9 large cookies, feel free to double the batch)
