2 – Garlic Cloves, Minced or Paste (Plus 1/2 tsp – Sea Salt Flakes)
1/2 – Spanish Onion (Red Onion)
1/2 Bunch (40g – 1.4oz) – Coriander (Cilantro)
1 – Jalapeno Pepper, Diced (Optional)
2 – Limes, Juiced
1 tsp (5ml) – Balsamic Vinegar (Optional)
2 Tbsp (30ml) – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
