Varya Hutsulska is a dish originally from Bukovyna. Its main ingredient is boiled beets. This salad is usually prepared during fasting, because it does not contain meat and other animal products. At the same time, the dish turns out to be very filling and tasty.

2 boiled beets
100 gr canned beans
100 gr sauerkraut
50 gr prunes
1 onion
salt, pepper, olive oil
