2 1/2 Cups (320g) – Bread Flour
2 tsp (15g) – Caster Sugar
1 tsp (5g) – Sea Salt Flakes
1 – Whole Free Range Egg
1 – Free Range Egg Yolk
3 Tbs (42g) – Unsalted Butter, Softened

1 Tbsp (15ml) – Full Fat Milk
