Ingredients –
For The Chicken –
2 – Free Range Chicken Breasts (350g each)
2 Tbsp (15g) – Plain Flour (All Purpose)
1 tsp (2g) – Onion Powder
1 tsp (2g) – Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp (15g) – Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
For The Sauce –
1 – Brown (Yellow) – Onion, Diced
6 – Cloves of Garlic, Minced or Paste
10 Sprigs (5g) – Fresh Thyme, Roughly Chopped
1/2 Cup (120ml) – White Wine or Vegetable or Chicken Stock
400ml (14 fl oz) – Thickened Cream
1/2 Cup (45g) – Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garnish with Flat Leaf Parsley Parmesan Cheese and Cracked Black Pepper
