Creamy Yogurt Cake Recipe
I put creamy yogurt between the crumbs.
There are two textures and two flavors,
If you eat with coffee, you can eat it as a really delicious dessert.
After cooling, before and after placing it in the refrigerator
The texture and taste are slightly different, so try both.

✤ Pasta ingredients
-2 egg yolks
-70g (7 tablespoons) of sugar
-1 pinch of salt
-3g (1 teaspoon) baking powder
-80g unsalted melted butter
– Half the lemon zest (can be substituted for vanilla essence)
-200g of soft flour (can be substituted for simple flour)
✤ Yogurt Cream
-2Egg white
-70g (7 tablespoons) of sugar
-30g (3 teaspoons) of soft flour (simple flour, corn starch can be used)
-400g unsweetened plain yogurt (Greek yogurt can be used)
✤ Decorations and covers (optional)
-Powder sugar
-Lemon balm
– Lemon slice
✤ TIP
-The cake tastes less when it’s hot. Allow to cool before eating.
-The crumbs give a crunchy texture before placing them in the refrigerator, but the cream is less sweet.
-If you eat after cooling in the refrigerator, the crumble will be moist and the cream will be sweet and delicious.
-Don’t omit the lemon, just put it on. Otherwise, use vanilla essence.
-The oven temperature varies according to the oven’s specifications, and ends when it doubles and turns brown.
