Spoon Donut Recipe
It’s very simple, but it tastes like bought donuts.
You can do this easily without kneading the dough.
Sprinkle whatever you like, like sugar, icing, chocolate or syrup.

✤ Ingredient
-200g of bread flour
-1 egg
-4g of salt
-20g sugar
-4g yeast
-160ml of warm milk
✤ Decoration
-Powder sugar
✤ TIP
-Put the dough in a pan with warm water and let it rest, it takes 1 hour. (No hot water)
-If you want to make a glazed donut, add water to the powdered sugar.
(3 tablespoons of powdered sugar + 1 tablespoon of water // spoon of rice)
