Here’s our version on Modak- Plain and chocolate.
Ingredients used:
For filling-
Ghee
Desiccated coconut
Dates paste
Cardamom powder
For outer layer
Roasted oats flour
Ghee
Desi khaand (for plain modaks)
Cocoa powder and jaggery powder (for chocolate modaks)
Salt
For garnishing
Fresh rose petals 🌹
