Peas and Carrots a January Garden Update
I have been harvesting Sugar Snap Peas at Deep South Texas for the past week. They need to be picked every day. The Bananas are ready to harvest as well. We are more than half way through the Broccoli harvest. I am hoping some additional shoots come on for a second harvest. Leeks, Garlic, Cabbages all look good. I will be planting Red Pontiac Potatoes soon. Also a quick look at my Pepper and Tomato starts.
