Ingredients –
For the Pork –
450g (15.8 Ounce) – Pork Belly, Rind Removed & Sliced Into Strips
1 – Brown (Yellow) Onion, Thinly Sliced
20g (0.7 Ounces) – Fresh Ginger, Peeled & Minced
Salad Dressing –
1/2 – Brown (Yellow) Onion – Grated (Can be substituted for Red Onion)
1 tsp (5ml) – Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 Tbsp (10ml) – White Rice Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp (10ml) – Soy Sauce (Naturally Brewed)
1 tsp (4g) – Caster or Granulated Sugar
Salad –
150g (5.2 Ounces) – White Cabbage
200g (7 Ounces) – Red Cabbage
1 – Medium to Large Sized Carrot, Matchstick Cut (Julienned)
1 Spring Onion (Scallion), Thinly Sliced
